
A traveller on a farm road asked a passer-by the directions to get to a certain farm. After thinking for a while the passer-by started to give directions and then stopped. He then told the driver that perhaps he should take another route and started to give new directions. Then he stopped again to reconsider and then gave directions for yet another route. When he stopped the third time the passer-by concluded with; ”Sir, I think you cannot drive to that farm from here.”

I trust that you have a dream of something you would like to do or reach in life, but if that dream is not transformed into a vision it will most probably remain only a dream. So, what is the difference then, you may ask, and why do we need to have a vision?
Do you have a dream of what you would like to do or achieve in your lifetime? You may think that such dreams are just for people who are not serious about life. But if you ask almost any person what they would like to do if money was not an issue, you’ll most probably come closer to their heart’s desire for their lives.

Few people have ever stood on top of Mt Everest. To be the first, took extra special courage. Imagine you were Edmund Hillary, the first man to summit Mt Everest. You needed to plan for something for which no guidelines or instructions existed. You plan as best you can for something that can only be described as uncertain.
